At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic I began making masks to donate to hospitals to help with the worldwide shortage of facial masks. Over months of trying different patterns I settled on these two layer masks with a removable nose peice to help contour to the nose. I sold masks through my personal instagram and made about 300 masks over the year of 2020, a third of which were donated.
While I am no longer making masks for profit, I value the skills I acquired while undertaking this new project.
